Am I correct? Coaches will have unlimited contact with

recruits including no limit on phone calls, emails and text messages?
Think it was a nightmare for a highly touted recruit before? I cannot imagine what it will be like for them with no limitations.

approached the regulation of recruiting from the perspective of examining the day to day existence of a high school student and making rules that would allow them to carry on normal lives?
Why should they change now?

No, I think they are "highly taughted" ...

... I'm declaring this to mean "very stressed".
So, a "highly taughted" recruit would be one who has a lot of pressure to choose a school and is being hounded by the coaches from the schools he/she is choosing from.
So, while the OP turned a noun into a verb, it makes sense.

I could be wrong here, but I am pretty sure that Recruiters are not allowed to "text" recruits. I think the new NCAA Recruiting By-Laws that are being passed will now allow Recruiters to have free run at them to include texting, social media, phone, etc...That is set to go in effect August 1st of this year. Either way, its about to get stressful for Lawson and RN...

This is where the SEC BIG money will start doing its damage over the acc tiny little purse. Students will be getting paid from a athletic text fund to Text recruits everyday for coaches.

the recruits manage their access. i don't have a problem with nc2a stepping out of this, because they are wasting resources attempting to manage it.
let the responsible parties do so; access is a 2 way street and no is a perfectly good answer.

it's not just coaches. The way I read it, ADs can form Recruiting Divisions that do nothing but recruit and can have continuous contact.
It doesn't appear that the NCAA cares much about high school academics.

My humble opinion

This will only lead to further distractions the studies of these young men.
Constant contact will prevent them from focusing on graduating thus lowering their chances of actually being ELIGIBLE for alot of schools.
I could be way off base, but this cannot possibly be considered a smart move by the NCAA.
Sell your souls to make a buck!!
