Never, ever buy a Magic Tilt trailer. I would say their customer service is sketchy but that may be enhancing their reputation. They did admit a problem(s) and are fixing them. They have been dragging things out for over two months. Maybe I will be somewhat happier customer next week if things actually get fixed. Not a fan at the moment. Probably not a huge market for used boat trailers.
I've had good experience with Wesco, Road King, and so far, Venture. But I was warned about Venture and had to buy it in a hurry. Two weeks later after I needed it, a 3 year old Road King came up for sale for half the price I paid.
It pulls good enough for a dual axle. One of the hubs was off enough to cause wear on the inside of one tire. I read about it online some. They knew they had a problem. Now they are saying the brake lines "look bad" and need replacing on the surge brake system. Well, it's warranty work, so... The dealer over in Irmo I've been working through says they won't be dealing with them in the future due to the dragassing they have been doing. I was willing to cut some slack due to the virus that started up about the time they said they would fix it. The jury is still out but it doesn't look good for the defendant.
