All w/ the same type of injury

I heard on the radio that all three had similar foot injuries and how that something reltaed to what they were taking could be the issue.

My question is how coincidental is it that three people w/ the same injury were randomly selected for a drug test? I mean its 20 tests out of 100ish people right? and three of them selected had similar foot injuries?

Am I over thinking that?
