taking a coaching job doesn't show a whole lot of faith in Dabo. Saban has already proven, year after year, that if you make quality hires, and continue to recruit at a VERY high rate, coaching turnover doesn't mean a fall down the rankings. Listening to Dabo talk almost Day 1 about how he had kept a notebook for years about coaching, and his friendship with Saban on top of that, I would be beyond surprised if he does not have multiple possibilities already in mind to replace any coach on the roster who might leave.

In other words, take a chill pill, and just wait and see how things turn out.

Please dont compare how dabo run his program to saban as far as hiring. Saban goes out and get the best assistant while dabo get them from his friends lists. Look at recent hires mostly from ex players and old teammates. Conn, hall, grisham, spiller and heard on tci richarson will get an assistant staff next. Half of our staff will have less than 3 yrs of coaching. If you compare this on how he gives recruiting offers to friends, family and legacy players at leat they are small % and are offset by bunch of 5*. Half of our coaches will be like 1 and 2 stars.
