His claim was that gummies could be shipped (and other edibles) but not flowers. In order to get busted, they would need a Federal Warrant to search your mail and get the edibles. However, I assume flowers fall under a separate jurisdiction (or are easily detectable) and therefore a warrant is easier to get. Any insight on this?
