APM's drug of choice: NyQuil. Lawwwwwd...

So APM has had a bout of his usual seasonal congestion and treated it aggressively yesterday with zinc during the day, the Benadryl and NyQuil at night.

Lawwwwwwd dat sh*t work good for APM. Drooling sleep. Still buzzin' a little today. So good.

You take enough of that Benadryl you will start seeing thing. I would start with 6 tabs.

hotel or new place for the first night. It’s amazing. Just have to give yourself enough time to wake up. Takes a while.

Melatonin wears off too quickly for me. Never works.

The new antihistamine Xyzal is working great for me

Take it an hour before bed and sleep great, wake up clear and alert in the morning, lasts all day.
