ACCN leverage?

If the ACCN is being streamed on the ESPN app, what leverage does the ACC have in negotiations with the cable/satellite companies?

You have to be authorized by your cable service to stream it in the ESPN app.
It asks to to authenticate with your provider login first, so you have to have the package.

Just tried again and got this message. The channel shows up on the app but when you try to watch it the attached message comes up.

Guys , wether it is available on your app , iPhone or android has to do with whether you have you have registered your TV provider that carries ACCN on your device, and whether that TV provider has gotten themselves listed with ESPN to allow that content.
YouTube, Hulu, DirecTV, New Spectrum (not old grandfathered Time Warner plans etc) , all work today if you are set up right.
It is not goimng to stream for you , legally, unless you have registered that you are subscribe to a TV provider that carries the ACC Network, and you subscribe to a plan from that provider that includes the ACCN.
