ACC Championship Tie Breaker Process

Can someone explain The ACC tiebreaker process? With the Tigers beating NC State, even with a loss to FSU next week, it would result in Tigers finishing the same ACC record as NC State, with the head to head advantage by virtue of last nights victory. The Tigers other remaining games are out of conference which I thought did not impact ACC standings. Not withstanding CFP implications obviously.

Notre Dame is not in the ACC in football, just all other sports. They play 3-4 ACC teams each year, but they do not count as conference games.

If both teams finish with 1 conference loss then they both win the Atlantic Division and are awarded an Atlantic Division title but the head to head winner reps in the ACC Championship Game. If it were a 3 way tie the same applies about titles but the highest ranked in the CFB Playoff poll goes to the game.
