I think the number 4 was the COMPLETE ranking from last week

In other words, what they ended up after all the ones with votes were counted last week. He might have still put as at 7, for example, but counting all the ballots we ended up at #4 anyway last week.

I mean I could be wrong but that's what I am thinking anyway.

Here is his poll. You can go through what he votes weekly. He makes some pretty extreme picks. After the loss to Pitt, he took full advantage by dropping us down to 10. We haven't fully recovered in his mind. Meanwhile, PSU (who lost to Pitt) is sitting at 3.
