WASHINGTON -- With steroids easy to buy, testing weak and punishments inconsistent, college football players are packing on significant weight -- 30 pounds or more in a single year, sometimes -- without drawing much attention from their schools or the NCAA in a sport that earns tens of billions of dollars for teams.

SAYYYYYY WUT? This isn't an Austin Powers movie where you can just say some random number. Most athletic programs in the the NCAA barely scrape by. Check out the figures when you get a chance. Tons of schools who live in the red.

Your confusing what they are bringing in with what it costs to operated. Revenues minus expenditures. A large portion of NCAA programs are losing money.

Your saying "they are making money" when in fact the schools and NCAA are not making jack ****. It is the coaches who are the biggest winners in all of this, and they are essentially getting paid what the market determined.

So no....the schools are not making all of this money. The coaches maybe....but not the schools. Just go look at the figures. Its insane how many programs live in the red. The only reason Clemson does so well is because our fans donate 20 plus million every year
