they do understand that by pulling for your conference it makes everybody else better and richer. Kids want to play in a winning conference.

basketball conference. You don't need to pull for jacka$$es like Boeheim, Roy Williams, Mark Godfried, etc

Why? They are teams/programs most of which have the same coaches who are now in the conference.
The ACC or the BIG or the Big East didnt win a title Syracuse did and Louisville did.

Yes he is wrong it is 6 since 2001 not 7. Doesnt change the fact that the league is doing just fine.

I am not so sure they understand that. I doubt you will find a UGA fan who will ever pull for Florida or Auburn. I doubt you will find an Auburn or Bama fan that will ever pull for the other school. LSU and Bama hate each other pretty badly as well.

There are plenty of Bama fans who were cheering for Auburn in last years championship game, certainly not all of them.
I wouldn't cheer for UGA, but for the rest of em, why not?

My buddy who is a hard oore auburn fan was rooting for bama. I asked why, he says it looks good for our conference. More titles, better players and then more titles.
