Little Joe Burrow has a little secret...he’s playing out of his mind and abilities this year...as evidenced by his non-ability to start at OSU and his less than pedestrian season last year. Deep down, LSU fans got to be hoping he doesn’t relapse to 2018 Joe Burrow.

Why would he relapse? He has the best OL in the country in front of him.

I think the play calling from Ensminger and Brady have a lot top do with their success.

Burrow wasn't beat out at OSU. He broke his hand and fell behind on the depth chart until he decided to transfer.

While being recruited Joe and family were told what LSU would do, and that it would take 2 years to get it done. He came to LSU in Aug w/ no time to get in tune w/ the WRs et al.

Joe and the team finally got on track in the Fiesta Bowl last year when he rang up almost 400 yds, since then there has been no hint of him slowing down.

The 78% Burrow has been in action over 15 games which includes games vs 7 Top Ten teams (at the time), 5 were on the road.

You may defend him better but he ain't likely to regress.

You love that top 10 teams stat, although you know as well as the rest of the world more than half those teams were severely overrated. While we’re talking stats, what about LSU’s 50th ranked pass defense having only faced 4 top-50 passing teams?

Safe to assume in game 15 that he is who he is this season.

Doesn’t mean we can’t put pressure on him, or rattle him. Doesn’t mean he’s impervious to a bad game or the pressure. But it’s not an anomaly all season long.
