I believe that is the best record for Clemson basketball in the modern era and was the 1986-87 season. We finished 2nd in the ACC and lost in the first round of the tourney.Three years later the same 10-4 record won the ACC.

This team this year is one of the best we have EVER had. They may not best the 25-6 record (0.806) of 86-87 but they could and if they do they will start in the ACC tourney quarter finals, it is a rare feat to just make the quarter finals.

I have followed Clemson basketball since I first set foot in Littlejohn to see a game while in middle school in 1976 and seasons like this don't happen often. They have lost two road games to decent teams on a missed foul shot and in OT or this would be a truly historical season. For all of you Debbie downers, if you can't handle it, that's OK but to get relief you'll need to become a dukeie or tarhole. This is Clemson basketball, this year has been truly amazing and they're not done yet. GO TIGERS!!!
