2017 seat equity plan

Does this mean that we will have to pay iptay dues, season ticket price and extra for where you want to sit or is it just you pay for iptay and where you want to sit? Hope I made sense but just trying to figure it out to save up.

Iptay donation has to equal your seat price times number of seats.

Last year I paid enough to keep my lit pet the plan but still got kicked down to a less desirable lot. But as someone in here said, parking was cheap when Wesr was our head coach.
