That the most impressive thing -- after his catch to win the national championship -- was 'the flip' to the field judge who had just given the touchdown sign.

I didn't notice this before -- and I've watched the game several times now, but Hunter Renfrow just proved (again) what a humble hero he is.

After the first Clemson offensive touchdown -- a HUGE statement -- by ETN, the ball is on the ground in the back of the end zone. Renfrow runs over to congratulate the runner, but only secondary to picking up the ball and flipping it to the side judge.

It is such a sign of respect from the player to the official. I wish all of our players would learn from his example.

Here's a link -- saw it on the sky cam version.

the play is at 1:00:50

I can't remember a time . . .

when Hunter failed to promptly and courteously present the ball to the nearest official!!!

A habit taught by his father? Was it ingrained by Chad Morris to speed the game up? For whatever reason, it exemplifies the Southern Gentleman his is!!!!!!!

There are sooo many things about that young man we will miss!!!

Thanks - will edit the initial post. I grabbed a link with the time, but it doesn't always work for me.
