I am sure if the female is just really drunk and doesn't recall it is sexual assault. How many times have you seen guys walking home with a sloppy drunk female? On the other hand, as males we have also slept with a woman when we were the absolutely wasted one and a little blacked out. Coyote Ugly?

Half the people that go to college have slept with someone when we were too drunk or they were both too drunk. It's almost like you meet each other for the first time in a way the next day, especially when you aren't used to drinking as much like most freshman and sophomores. It went over your head bud. Sorry I partied in college like most people. Everyone including the women are getting drunk trying to hook up. There is so much liquor that really nobody should be sleeping with anyone. Fraternity and sorority mixers were crazy in the early 90's. Nice insult though bud. I thought maybe you had partied in college and would relate like most of us do that partied in college. Maybe chicks weren't into you no matter how smashed they got. Maybe you don't party, which is even cooler imo. More power to you.

One misunderstanding that a lot of people share is that they think "sexual assault" means "rape." But many colleges have adopted definitions of "sexual assault" that include things like drunken sex or just being touched in any way without first giving "clear, enthusiastic, verbal consent." They also count things as sexual assault that the person being counted as assaulted didn't even think was assault.
