Clemson DT ranked in McShay's Top 32 prospects |
Clemson is loaded with elite talent shown by their five straight wins to start the season.
ESPN draft analyst Todd McShay released his latest top 32 prospects for the 2018 NFL Draft and Clemson defensive tackle Christian Wilkins was included at No. 11 overall and third defensive lineman behind Arden Key and Mo Hurst. Wilkins moved up two spots in the rankings with a No. 13 spot previously. "A disruptive run defender with the foot speed and quick hands to slip blocks rapidly, Wilkins is a high-motor guy who does a great job of getting his hands up in passing windows," McShay said. "He had 140 tackles (17.5 for losses) and 5.5 sacks the past two seasons, and he already has 2.5 sacks in 2017. His stock has risen considerably from our preseason evaluation." In 2017, Wilkins has 20 tackles and 2.5 sacks.
