Being tazed or shot goes way down if you don't resist arrest, run to your car, or have out standing warrants against you.
Thats not to mean I think cops should be free to shoot or whatever but at some point we ALL need to teach our sons to have some semblance of common sense.
And we've got to do a better job of training officers, increasing pay (so we get the best of the best and not some boy who was bullied in school)

Guy I knew at Clemson took at local Charleston PD job so he could make it to the FBI. It worked too. Fawker disappeared off buddybook once he became a fed.

If you watched 10 min of Live PD, you should know that your car needs:
- tail lights, brake lights, license plate light
- valid registration with a sticker
- tread on tires
- functioning blinkers
and does not need
- a gun in the glove compartment
- weed and meth residue between seats
- wad of cash under the seat
- a dumb ### behind the wheel
