What the hell is wrong with people?

Just found out one of my good friends is getting married the Saturday of the FSU game. This is not a wedding that I would otherwise miss, but I think I'm going to have to say nah now that I know it is definitely that Saturday.
Both of these people graduated from Clemson and regularly attend football games....yet they choose that date. The one home game nobody wants to miss, maybe the biggest game of the season. They are already facing backlash and cannot understand why. This puts me in a bad position, because I know they're going to be pissed if we don't come but holy #### that's selfish of them.

doing. Pick that weekend, invite all sorts of people knowing they will not miss the game. End up with a lower food bill.

Women who are raised in the south (and went to Clemson??) and plan to get married in the fall are the most selfish creatures alive. They know the deal, but think everybody should put their life on hold for them. He is going to have a long miserable life with her if they stay married.
