biggest heart on the planet. To have had a mother who made sacrifices her entire life for each one of her three children. I lost her the morning after the Notre Dame game last year. I'm thankful for all the memories I have from her, my two sisters and my Dad. Each of them have passed on to be together with our Father in Heaven.
I'm thankful for the many blessings I have received, including being a Civil Engineering graduate from Clemson University. I have been able to experience so much as a professional as a result of my degree. I have also been blessed by just being a part of the Clemson family since my freshman year way back in 1977.
I have also been blessed with some really cool experiences from a Clemson football perspective. I was able to sit and talk with Woody Hayes at dinner several hours before the 1978 Gator Bowl. I was able to walk on the field at the Orange Bowl passed all the German Sheppard guard dogs and stand on King Orange after we beat Nebraska for the National title on January 1st, 1982. Finally, I was lucky enough to be able to escort a retired two star General on to the field at Death Valley for the coin toss at the 2012 Military Appreciation Day game with VaTech.
Most importantly, I thank my Heavenly Farther each morning for each new day, and pray that I can make a difference that day as a man, a husband, a farther, a friend, and in my profession.
As as aside, I never pray for the Tigers to win, I feel that is not necessarily an appropriate prayer. However, I will admit I did lift up a "Thank you" after the NC State kicker missed the winning FG at Death Valley earlier this year! ??

I am thankful that I get to spend Thanksgiving with my family as I know that there are many who don't have that opportunity. I am thankful to live in the greatest of nations where we are free, within the constraints of the law, to do as we please without fear of reprisals. I am thankful for the men and women who have sacrificed, and continue to sacrifice, for all of these freedoms. I am also thankful that I am a Clemson Tiger and associated with the finest university on the planet. Lastly, I am thankful that I was blessed with enough intelligence not to attend the other university in Cootlumbia.

All kinds of serious answers I could give here.
We did this at work last week. Everyone could anonymously add anything we wanted to the box. I put "Clemson Tigers Football" in the box. You should have seem the UT fan reading the slips choke on that one...and heard the groan of many of my coworkers.
