class of 1998 Clemson. And MBA 2009 UofL.

UofL is adjacent to a lot of sketchy neighborhoods including the strip club scene. When I was in graduate school, I would get alerts often of robberies/assaults near or on campus. I lived near there at one point and had my bike stolen of the back of my truck (with cap).

This looks like a billboard meant to catch attention of I-65 traffic. No big deal. Louisville is a real city with all the plus/minus that come with a real city. Best restaurants for the $ anywhere. And drugs, violence, and strip clubs.
