Works great, fairly high lazy factor, simple way for meat y veggies though.

Get meat, veggies, taters, whatevs. Figure out what needs to go in first/2nd/last. Figure out a good middle temp.

Preheat oven. Put something in. Add something else. Add the final stuff. Olive oil them before inserting into oven, season how you like.

Overcooked veggies will create some moisture (water in bottom of pan), so careful with that part.
