Tiebreaker Scenario

Who would win the ACC Atlantic Division title if the following happens?
-Louisville beats FSU at home (already happened)
-Clemson loses to Louisville at home (pray this doesn't happen)
-Clemson beats FSU on the road
-Clemson, FSU, and Louisville win out otherwise

Not sure how they would sort that out. Does it come down to national ranking or something like that?

Private Polling Service Determines

Last week the ACC engaged a private polling service that will run its algorithm and determine who goes to the ACC championship should the tie that you suggest happen. I talked with someone I know at the ACC about this the other day and he says the guys who do this thing are really good.

I didn't talk to Swoffie about it but I am in a group with him. I know another ACC person involved with football. Greensboro's not a big town...

Louisville wins - Florida State would have 2 losses so they don't matter... Clemson would have a loss... Even if Louisville losses another ACC game they would have tie breaker over Clemson - so we better win or we will be out...

If we beat Louisville but lose to FSU, Louisville will win the tiebreaker IF AND ONLY IF they beat Houston.

If they beat houston and we lose to FSU the only hope for us to get into the playoffs would be having TWO 2 loss champions from the power 5 and we get selected over the Big 10 or SEC 1 loss runnerup. So that would likely be the big 12 and probably the pac 12. I don't see the SEC having a 2 loss champion unless TAM beats Alabama and drops 1 elsewhere and loses to a two loss east champion.
