really surprised by that tbh.. imagine Clemson having a game an hour from campus... in a major city.. to win our first natty in 16 years.. prices would be through the roof.

this even happened the year they were in TAmpa as well.

Theres a drop around mid week but thats usually as far as they'll b/c they'll all get bought out and you'll be left with those that were high to begin with usually sold by 3rd party types that don't really care if they sell or not, they just want the price they posted them at. i guess they right it off or something if they don't sell.

The Tampa year it was on a Tuesday, which from what i heard, was when the teams that lost the semifinal game, their tickets got released or they simply sold them. I had a ticket on stubhub for 450 for a split second, i clicked on the icon, and they were already gone. They lasted a good 2 seconds because i was refreshing constantly. Most were going for over 1000 and the cheapest were around 800 or 900 at the time. But then after that Tuesday they were back up in the 1000s again.

On Stub Hub the cheap tickets started in the upper 900s
