It is legit, it was written by one of the nurses that graduated from their RN-BSN, Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at USC. I've had to have them for my job a few times here in cootlumbia. And it looks like they are getting better at writing those out for the Dr, I MEAN GIVE THE NURSE SOME CREDIT, she has probably only been out of school a few years.
