So, what is your honest take on how the Committee will

Nov 16, 2019, 10:01 PM

rank THIS Alabama team going forward, now that we know Tua is done for the year with his severe hip injury. (I wish him all the best with his surgery / rehab, or whatever turns out to be necessary. That was way too similar to the way Bo Jackson got hurt. Hopefully Tua still has a chance at an NFL career, but this is significant, that's for sure.)

To me, there is no way that Bama should be anywhere near the top 4 going forward without him. They look downright pedestrian on offense with his backup in the game. But, that's just my opinion, which added to a dime will buy you ten cents worth of something.

If Auburn had an offense of their own, I would say they had a chance in the Iron Bowl now. But, it will probably turn out to be an old fashioned 10-6 SEC game, the way they looked today against the Dawgs. For Bama to have any chance going forward CFP wise, they would have to smoke both Western Carolina and Auburn like cheap cigars. I honestly just don't see it happening.

They might get jumped by Baylor

At 6:08 in 2nd Qtr was last Bama score up 35-7...

...except for a FG in 3rd Qtr. Tells me that Bama fizzled out with Tua gone. CFP should drop them a spot to reflect no Tua.

Nah, they’ll drop. Be hard to tell with wc but imo they may get jumped this week. Albarn is awful on offense but I think they still beat bama. Bama has had troubles on D so I think albarn will score. Bama scored 3 with tua out on a pathetic msu team.

As for tua, he won’t be drafted for a year.

You may be right on Tua. He certainly will not be in any

shape to play for about that long, if this is anywhere close to as serious as it sounds. A fractured hip socket could even mean surgery and an artificial hip joint. Hope not for his sake, that would be a career ender almost certainly.

Not sure where for Bama but Ole Miss just behind them!***

They don't really drop so much as someone has to overtake them. Georgia won but that's iffy as to whether they overtake Bama yet. Oregon - depends on tonight. Minn lost. Oklahoma is losing. Utah - maybe. So, I don't know that Bama falls quite yet, but they will fall after championship week. I just don't see Bama making the top 4 in the end with Tua out since they're not playing championship week.

Alabama will fall to #8. My rankings look something like this,

1) Ohio St
2) LSU
3) Clemson
4) Georgia
5) Oregon
6 )Utah
7) Baylor
8) Alabama
9) Penn St
10) Minnesota ( I just didn't want to put Florida in the top 10 because they are a jole as well.)

I'm telling you guys right now, Georgia will beat LSU in the SEC championship.

Can't wait to see LSU offense v UGA defense
If UGA wins...
1 OSU 2 CLEM 3 UGA 4 LSU ?

1) OsU ( if Michigan or Penn St doesn't knock them off)
2) Baylor (if they go 13-0 with 4 top 20 wins and a conference championship. Hard to argue that.)
3) Clemson 13-0
4) Georgia 12-1

Baylor is going to lose. They’ll be out.***

right. But, I have a really hard time believing that the Georgia team I have watched the last 3 times out could come anywhere close to beating LSU in the SEC Championship game. That would be a major upset.

We should wait until after Oregon plays Arizona.

"Pac 12 After Dark". Weird stuff happens sometimes. Probably not tonight though.
