I disagree that he "needs" another year.
But he will "get" another year.And that is,imo,fair.
Anything short of a winning season,or post season competition however,then I think that the Athletic Director needs to take a serious look as to whether or not Brad Brownell is the man that can at least make Clemson comptitive.
With the departure of Milt and Devon,it is now completely his team and if he cannot show marked improvement,then it will be time for me to retire his bobble head doll.
I did that last week with Iturio Coleman's last week.

I totally disagree.
Since 1994,we have had one baseball coach;Jack.
Since 1994,We have had 4 basketball coaches.
Rick Barnes left.
Shyatt was fired.
Purnell bolted.
The future of Brownell is yet to be determinded,but if neither he,or Jack can bring back some degree of success,especially in the post season then it may very well be time to make a change.
And that has nothing to do with the stability of our programs.They are in great shape.
Our football program is in great shape,but it took getting rid of a coach who could not win,let alone play for a conference championship to get us Dabo.
If you can make a chance with a coach with the name of Bowden,rest assured Brownell and Leggett( not Liggett) should be held to the same standards.
It's all about winning.

Brownell, one more yr and if he has a season even close to this one, gone. I like Brownell but this has been an awful year.

Gotta realize this team wasn't very good talent wise. I mean when you don't have one gaurenteed scorer then you'll gonna struggle. It makes me sick to watch Miami or unc they've got like 5 or 6 guys that score every game. We got no options
