buyers, then pay a couple of those bills for them. You're flush...you just sold a house after all. Maybe even invite them over for a nice bottle of wine and a foot rub. Also, since you have a truck (of sorts) you should offer to help them move. You've been here long enough to know my stellar reputation for helping, so I advise you to act quickly on my advice because helping is what I do.
