Contractor will be here soon to check on the pier under the house.

Termite inspector will be here to check for termite damage later on today.

Also signing the contract on the new house today.

IIRC FBcoot made a structural repair DIY style. Now a contractor that he did not hire to do the work is coming to inspect FBcoot's work.

Plenty of room for opportunity here. Stay tuned.

make sure to spread your fingers apart widely on the cheeks when pulling them apart. It reaches more surface area and allows for a better gape.
