Yesterday, Lattimore became a statistic

Nov 6, 2014, 2:58 PM

He joined one of the 400,000 other NCAA Athletes that went pro in something else other than sports.

than that" shat is for losers, no wonder they ran a streak on us, we try to play with a hand tied behind our back too much...I think of their response, back it off 5% and can still claim your moral high ground.

Agree. We couldn't whip them when he was on team. It is what it was. But......... if he does get a position with the Athletic Dept in "Columboville" and his decesions results in losses then he becomes fair game.

Most overrated player in history. Never had even all conference type numbers for ypc and let a midget break him in half in the bowl. Don't know where the nice guy stuff comes from he's extremely arrogant.

he's arrogant? Based on what exactly?

I've certainly never gotten that impression from any of his interviews.

Chromedoutsoulja,
I can tell you are clearly the epitome of a "nice guy" from your username, but I believe you are misinformed, or just very bitter still that Marcus did not go to CU.

To say he was overrated, is quite the stretch. The kid nearly single handily beat UGA and UF his freshman year. The kid gave it his all and was the heart of the team.

But you can say all you want about his play on the field, because that is what "classy" clemson fans do.

Where you are completely wrong and flat out lieing is saying Marcus is arrogant. He has spent thousands of hours donating his time to the needy, sick, underprivileged and those just less fortunate. He is an incredibly humble human being and anyone who knows him or has even just met him would say the same.

I can understand not liking Marcus as a football player because he didnt play for Clemson, but to talk about his character is pathetic and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Lattimore gets 1.7 mill and his former teammate is then

Nov 6, 2014, 3:03 PM

found to have a bunch of crack. Coincidence??

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Lattimore, even though he's a coot, deserves

Nov 6, 2014, 3:59 PM

some respect. It's a really tough break for such a gifted athlete to have his career cut short like that. He's a good guy and I wish him the best. ( I just wish he had come to Clemson instead of becoming a chicken.)
