We have a really good football team. We played great, called a good game on both sides of the ball, and made some mistakes. Special teams, though, were atrocious. And mistakes were not limited to the couple that directly cost us points. That's football, though. The upside is we have scheme and talent to be good. And finally a great D! Alexander, except for the stumble, was lights out. D-line and LBs also.

We're gonna need to fix special teams, though. And put in a short-yardage package. We've needed that for awhile and it really bit us. Couple years ago we let VT beat up on Tajh on 4 straight shotgun snap runs from around the 1. Just gonna have to do this different.

I'm pretty excited about the rest of this year and the next few!

I really didn't have a problem with a lot of the play calling, except the short yardage shotgun formations.

No joke, I wouldn't mind seeing some form of the old Maryland I aka Stack I in those situations.

Please put in a goal line package that when you have the ball inside the 2 yard line the qb goes under center. The shotgun from the half yard line is rediculous.
