"This Russia thing with Trump and Russia is a made-up story. It's an excuse by the Democrats for having lost an election that they should've won." May 11, 2017 interview.
This 'Russia Thing' is being investigated by the Republican Senate and the Republican House.
Trump is panicked, confused and dangerous. He fired the guy investigating him....so he could pick the guy to investigate him.

The definition of 'The Russian thing,' causes one to wonder if the focus of this investigation is Trump. It is not. The focus is on Russia's dicking with our pre-election activities. Even the loudest and most radical of the media have stopped calling the Russian meddling 'election hacking.'
Another issue that dems have is maintaining the volume of the rhetoric. If 10 is all there is on the volume dial you can't turn it up if it's already on 10.
