I think Ross will benefit greatly from a move to the Boundary. The last two seasons he showed his drive to go get the ball, something that many WRs don't show until Jr/Sr year. If he can polish his skills this season he will be a force.
Higgins was great at his craft, but maybe not the ruthless ball hawk you see in the great ones. I think of it as Sammy vs Nuk. Sammy had the physical gifts to make you pay (Higgins). Nuk didn't care about the match up, no one was taking his ball.
I also thought Mike Williams was a good combination of both. Started with the physical gifts and developed that instinct.
