In Graham County you have to get a permit to enter the county if you aren't a resident - this is the home to the Eastern Band of Cherokee and their health system is stressed under normal conditions.

Starting tomorrow, Jackson County doesn't want any out of state visitors. If you are there, you better have property. I suspect it is also due to health care facilities (probably the size), but I don't know.

With the NC Governor's shelter in place request, I suspect their will be more restrictions.
