The formula for real respect this year

Oct 16, 2015, 9:54 AM

Clemson has arrived and no doubt had to work extremely hard to gain any hint of respect. IMO Beating ND and GT were a nice start to get the ball rolling. Beating BC will be a solid win but won't impress anyone despite defeating the #1 D in the nation. I'm a fan and not a player so I am afforded the luxury of looking ahead. NC State and Miami should pose little threat IF Clemson plays to it's standard of BEST. I'm looking at the FSU game to gain the real respect. Clemson needs to not only beat them but embarrass them on national TV. I believe then, Clemson will be highly thought of and respected. It's going to have to be earned.

We are 5 in the AP and being picked by most experts to be in the playoff. Clemson only needs to keep winning.

That would do wonders for recruiting...

A good "wood shed" game would definitely make a statement.

We aren't hurting in the recruiting department, but there are still a couple that could make a dramatic impact on the brink. They just need a little nudge.

I'm good with any "W" on Nov. 7th, but would love a GT/ND (first half) style domination!
