staff designs the offensive plays around the QB that is in the game at the time? Do you ever think that the week of practice could be used to fine tune the skills of the #1 QB in the nation to give Clemson a chance to win. Yeah thought so.

out of high school that weren't ready. Remember Gunner Kiel from the state of Indiana? He had to transfer a few times I believe and wasn't good anywhere.

I think I only saw between 10-15 unique plays Friday, it's not like we're running the Packers offense with Mike McCarthy's three foot long play sheet.

For that matter, what makes you think that Bryant and Cooper have command of it?
It's not just about understanding the playbook, it is also about executing it. I don't care how much longer Cooper has been at Clemson, or how well he seems to understand the playbook in practice or film sessions, because that has not translated into production on the field.

Cooper seemed to ""PANIC"" and just sling the ball toward receivers on third down plays ??? Jeff Scott says Johnson is gaining / close to Cooper ?? ( I hope he's close enough to get a shot against Ga.Tech ) -- we will have to trust the coaches, but I / we fans want to ""see"" what Mr. Johnson can do under pressure ___ don't we ?????

I don't know what part of 'WE DON'T KNOW,' you don't get Mr Keller. HJ played against teams after our starters put them away. Neither of those three teams he played has much of a defense.

insisting our coaches are making a mistake by not bumping Johnson up on the depth chart. We can speculate all day but when the sun goes down it's all speculation.

If Hunter were better than Cooper, he’d be playing. Thinking otherwise is just foolish and saying the coaches have some sort of loyalty to Cooper over winning.

It just depends what we are playing for. If we are playing not to lose than I agree with what we did against Syracuse. If we are playing for a National Championship, than we better recognize quick that our offense has some severe limitations. You can see it in the play calling. I think HJ could possibly give us the balance you need to win. Look at how many true freshman QB's are playing around the country. How about UGA? Somebody just needs the gonads to make that call. Maybe the loss is a wake up call.
