Wonderful Dad teaching him a sport that will provide him a lifetime of joy and good memories. Dad better be careful that little fellow will be out performing him soon or, perhaps he is already doing so. I had that happen to me with my Clemson Architecture son in Asheville. Who I think has fished with Spud.
The comment about kids shooting bucks is interesting. My nephew, a Bulldog, in Albany, Georgia took his nine year old deer hunting and when he got his first buck it was a beauty and won the Buck of the week award. His Dad had to take two lie detector tests to prove that the boy actually shot it. At the annual Georgia Deer Event the weekly winners had a shoot off ( he had aged up to ten) in which he was one of the top three winners. Then the top three had a shoot off where the prize was a new Chevrolet Silverado. The kid won the truck. Sort of poetic justice for dad after they had made take the lie detecter test. He negotiated a deal with Dad that he could have the truck in exchange for an off road four wheeler.

Hold the phone, although that is a great catch, it is far from upstaging Spud.
One over-weight doormat does not upstage the sheer consistency in reeling in the whoppers like Tnet's own Spud.
Not to mention the 5-year-old looks a little uppity.

Can’t quite see the lips in that pic Skeeta. I’d definitely agree on sheepshead though with the crazy teeth.
