SO, why didn't Kelly get some action in Citadel Game???!!!!

I thought Tajh should have been taken out mid-way in 2nd quarter..OR after only one series in 3rd..and play Stoudt & Kelly evenly imo.

Besides the long Citadel drive, Dabo played Donnie McElveen our last series. I thought it was the right thing to do because it was McElveen's last home game and he has worked very hard, the coach's rave about how helpful he has been and how he definitely has a future in coaching.

All would've been solved with all 4 QB's if Tajh played 1 &

1/2 qtrs...and then put in Stoudt for 1 1/2 qtrs..and then Kelly for 1/2..and then senior McElveen for remainder..
And all 4 QB's would have played..and most important is that Tajh not get hurt prior to big SC game..
which didn't matter afterall.

Stoudt will start bc he is senior even though guys behind him are better (we will do the same with Thompson), then he will be skipped over by RS frosh DW. Sad but true.

Much like Connor Shaw, Kelly will be difficult to get off the field. This kid will do whatever it takes to stay on the field and get the 1st down by his legs if needed. I'm not sure if he's a deep ball QB, or not. I really think a dual system would be deadly with these Kelly and Stoudt sharing series.

Yep. One thing about having a QB who can run is that those deep passes are wide open. There isn't a need to make an NFL throw if the system is working.
Look at some of Shaw's passes this year. Heck, it seems like MOST of his TD passes came on long plays when the WRs had gotten completely behind the secondary.

I imagine he probably would have, but the Citadel drive that took up practically the whole 4th quarter made it hard. Tajh got to stay in longer because of his last home game. I believe they put the senior, Donny McElveen, in on the last drive since it was senior day.
