I was planning on watching some of the Baylor/SMU game on opening weekend Friday night, but this will make it even more interesting.

He caught a TD in their bowl game

and they moved him to full time TE in the offseason.

I think their reasons for doing it were 2-fold.

1. He has decent hands and is a matchup nightmare.
2. He probably wasn't a very good lineman and they wanted to move him somewhere he could benefit the team.

I guess because they are so big. He made Fox Sports top 25 freaks in college football. There is a video of him plucking bullet passes out of the air one handed. He also apparently ran a 5.2-something at 410 pounds. Match up nightmare doesn't even adequately describe him ha.

Granted, at his size, you have to worry about injuries. It has to be hard to cut and run at 400 pounds.
