Serious question. Which helps us

Nov 9, 2019, 11:32 AM

Most today? I want to pull against Bama but I don’t think they are as likely to drop with a loss because of their automatic berth from committee. Who are y’all pulling for?

I would like to see either team get blown out.

"Clemson vs Bama" fatigue. They say no one wants to see that matchup again, and they are doing their absolute level best to talk US out of the playoffs. But, at the same time, they are moving heaven and earth trying to get BAMA INTO the playoffs yet again. Talk about your double standards. But, since that rhetoric exists, I think we need to be Bama fans today. If LSU loses, they will just say, "same old LSU". And, I predict they will not beat the drums nearly as loudly to try and get them in as a one loss non-champion as they would if Bama loses.

Kinda what I was thinking. Hate pulling for either.

If what you guys say is true, and I think that it may be, the committee likely will not match up the Tigers with Bama in the opening game, hoping that we lose in the first game and are eliminated.
I’ll be surprised if we don’t get OhioState in the opening game ... by design. Which will be fine with me if we get the game in Atlanta. And that’s not likely either.

I would like to see a 2 loss 'bamer left out, and the trailing off of the perennial 'Best Team Ever". I think it would be nice if sabans last chance to break the record for national champs was last year, and was a beat down by Clemson.

LSU is going to have a stronger resume than Bama so

Nov 9, 2019, 11:53 AM

it would be better if they won. It would be best if one of them blew the other one out, but i really just want Bama to lose.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

lsu wins by 3 tds

Nov 9, 2019, 11:54 AM

would then take away the committees "eye test" play..since their resume sucks

Doesn’t matter who wins, they are both media darlings. What we need is a total blowout, non competitive game to get one of them out of the conversation.

I couldn't care less who wins, but I hope whichever team does win, wins by 13+ that makes it harder to justify a small drop in the polls.

Bama blowout. Actually either team blowout.

Nov 9, 2019, 12:22 PM

but highly doubtful LSU can blow out Bama.

Too bad game isn't in Baton Rouge this year.
