So let's say Missouri beats South Carolina

Let's also assume it was a close game. Does Missouri jump back into the top 20 while South Carolina stays in the top 25? That seems to be the way the polls are treating other SEC teams.

Any loss by SEC team is treated as acceptable. Losses by other conferences are worthy of rank reduction.

Sorry, folks, but do not think that will be happening.
SC is covering most of their issues thus far. The Tigers from CU are not. Hoping the latter changes effective right now.

They had one good game against UGA and they're back?

I don't think it works that way.

SC has played some good teams.

Beat two, and lost to one. The main difference is that their defense is terrible, and they played all 3 tough games at home.

Pardon me...but that's a dumb question.

When UGA the higher ranked team at home beats Clemson the lower ranked team they jump up even though it is expected the higher ranked team wins (their supposed to be better). Clemson gets hammered because they lost even though it's a "superior SEC" team. We just about knock out the #1 defending NC at home and we are punished as unworthy to even be in the top 25. The polls are a joke and the bias is sickening.

I know dabo has said otherwise but you do realize we are 1-2 and beat only sc state right? so you still think we should be ranked higher? dabo is just putting that used car salesman positive spin on in his press conference! pay him no attention, and remember he told us cole gave us the best chance to win as qb for 3 games also and got mad at anyone who questioned his coach speak logic.

I have to agree. Don't think Clemson should have dropped in the polls after FSU loss.

What's disgusting is vandy averaged 13 ppg going into Saturday against poverty teams. How bad does that make USCjr look.

And the first team defense allowed 14 points.
Special teams allowed 14 points, one was an obvious hold.
The last TD was scrub time in the final seconds.
Only 14 points against USC first team defense

How many points did the USuCk 1st team Defense give up against TAMU ? UGa ? Vandy went to OT with FCS Umass ...I think it is safe to say that the Coot defense is atrocious . I bet they win against Mizzou though , a team that failed against Indiana (essentially a hs team ) .
