Thats about as low as I've seen. Guess they are thinking BC will not score.

I've taken the under every week since week 1 on BC games

and have done pretty well. The sports books keep setting it in the 30's.

I've been betting a long time and that is one of the lowest lines I've ever seen! Next closest line is the Michigan-Michigan St. game at 40.5 and Michigan hasn't given up a point in 3 weeks!

The line is what 1 team is favored by


Over under is the number of total points scored by both teams. Say they set it at 40. If you bet the under you are saying both teams will score less than 39 combined points. The over says both teams will score a combined 41 points or more.
