Do you think your school will be the school that hires Art Briles after Auburn hires Petrino away at the end of the year? I mean, you don't really shy away from major scandals or coaches with baggage.

Not a cards fan, but I think Art might not be at their level yet, he needs to get a few DUI's or something else then he will be right for the picking

During my visit to Louisville last year I discovered that UL has a wonderful fan base of genuine college sports followers. In no other place have I felt more welcomed than Louisville and I hope that you guys will be gracious to them when they visit us this weekend. I am certain that every fan who made the trip last year will agree with me 100%

Would travel there 5 or 6 times per year. People are really great there.

Agreed. Louisville and Texas A&M have the two nicest fan bases I have come across travelling to see the Tigers. Plus, the Louisville fans were really very happy to be in the ACC.

And I have also visited Louisville and had a great time. But, their coaches have done, and get away with some sleazy stuff.

I agree. I live less than an hour from louisville and if i had to choose a fan base to be around outside of clemson. They would be my pick. Had a ton of their fans offer congrats on the win leaving the stadium last year

I herd stoops was trying to get Usuck schedule for a home and away in the same season every year. That way he would double his SEC wins

I don't care how many coeds he bangs. I do care that he coaches his kids to play dirty. I have not forgotten the intentional pass interference they pulled last year or the year before.

To leave Louisville again.....
Great fan base, nice stadium thatis expanding soon, UofL can pay him top dollar, has administrative support, proven he can win at a high level.
Even though there is more prestige at an Auburn or LSU....the path to long term sustained success isn't better.
Of course if Petrino leaves, then they'll hire Brohm from WKU and pick up where Petrino left off.
