I admit I've been highly critical of our S&C program in the past. But today, I felt like we closed the gap. Two years ago, they came in our house physically whipped us on both sides of the ball. Hats off.

not to be a debbie downer but im still skeptical with all the ACL injuries and the Oline's conditioning. He has definetly brought our team up to compete at a high level but the reccurring knee injuries and seemingly out of shape oline give me my doubts. All in All hes getting it done though.....

Exclusive to Clemson. I don't think I've ever seen this many broken legs in one season.

good point. maybe it has something to do with this heads up football crap. the players cant look down so they arent cognizant of each others knees/legs

Ever considered nutrition or lack of playing a role in all these injuries?
Children don't eat well and neither did their mothers. Also hormones in our diets.
Just my thoughts, as I see cruciate disease daily in veterinary medicine.
