I don't know about the rest of SC but the stores in cootville,
like the mall stores are still not open. The Mayor of cootville
will not let stores in the city open either until he has more
data. What else to expect of a non-convicted of manslaughter
person and one who was in a hotel room with ho's and drugs
but was just visiting

That's because many mall stores and other nation and regional major chains made the decision company wide at the corporate level to close before McMaster's orders and local orders took effect. They probably will not reopen until their corporate owners decide to reopen them.

I wish we had a SC, Ga or Tn governor in NC to open it. We have barely got anyone in our hospitals now but our smart* Governor said it might be June 1st. Everybody will be out of business except the politicians.
If we can’t do business they shouldn’t make any money either, my personal opinion along with term limits.
