I dont think #1 has total choice. But would rather not have to play SEC team in Nola. My son pointed out we are undefeated in CFP Cjampionship games in states that border an ocean (not just the Gulf)!
I did ask some LSU fans to let me know when they cancel their Miami reservations next season!

The stadium is in a crappy location and the venue is second rate to Miami, Phoenix and Dallas. The plaza area of the Courtyard was not limited to ticket holders unlike every other playoff and national championship game. How do you allow thousands of people within 40 feet of the entrance to the stadium without a ticket? Or the hundreds of people selling water, beer, soda, bracelets, mystery meat, etc out of their personal cooler, grill or car within 100 yards of the exit? Anyone with ill intentions could have caused a lot of damage and harm to others. And the police would not have been able to do anything about it.
I'll go to New Orleans again, but never to a sporting event. Apparently other IPTAY supporters already knew this from all the LSU fans sitting in IPTAY seats!
