As much as I love the kid, and it's a great positive that he's coming back, the one concern that I have is the need for someone else in that room to step up and lead. That would be forced if he had decided to leave, but now it will only come through injury which no one wants. To see our team lose it's only leader and fall apart is a concern going forward. His extension of a year may only prolong that risk. However, I believe the positives outweigh the negatives.
