Depends. Can be good depending on your alternatives. In this case, personally I’d say no. Cutting it too close (2-4pm) kickoff. With all the NFL stadium entry issues, I would never cut it that close. Get in the stadium and soak it in.

It is inside the stadium correct,? It was in Dallas. That should remove then worry about getting into he stadium after it.

Having said that, I think it is a waste of money.

It is not in the stadium. It’s 1/4 mile down the road from it.

Last year, at the semi-final in New Orleans, we did not get tickets to the "less expensive" Alumni tailgate and instead paid for one of the ones put on by the host site (which was significantly more expensive). The MAIN reason we did that was to get out of the frigid cold. We had no desire to freeze to death, attempting to find a nearby restaurant to get out of the elements.

As expensive as it was, it was worth it to get to be indoors. The food was very good, but we don't drink, so there was no way that we ever would have gotten our money's worth otherwise.

Not sure what the weather will be like in Santa Clara, but after having paid what we did last year, $100 seems cheap, lol. I also don't know how the food compares.

Here's hoping we don't have bad or cold weather.

For all of the money fans are spending to make

It to the game in California, (not to mention on season donations and tickets) the party should be free for all IPTAY members & guests...

The road goes on forever and the party never ends...

If you don’t have a large group you are going with and prefer not to set up a tailgate - it may be worth it.
I’ve learned if says “x” time go 1/2 hour early...
Especially with food and drink...easpecially for food buffets.

I’d rather wait for 5 -10 min, get in eat then leave early than arrive late.
Getting into the Stadium is often the longest part..
Phoenix wasn’t all too bad about 20-25 min to get into the game but we left more than 1 hour before the game so we could see warm up and all of the pre game stuff...
It’s all about your preferred wait times.
In the scheme of things - if you paid for flight, hotel, ticket - what’s another $100 or...
