Is IPTAY selling Natty tickets this year?

In previous years they made you apply before the playoff game, but I’ve seen nothing about it this year.

The deadline to apply was right around Thanksgiving. An email was then sent maybe a week or two ago about available quantities by priority point balance. As of yesterday, I've been able to see my seat assignments on the IPTAY site. Tickets are supposed to show up Friday afternoon in the CFP app.
