Can someone sum up for me the new basketball facility?

I was pretty familiar with Littlejohn. Can anyone summarize what will be different about the new facility for me?

They are removing that dog of an addition built during Purnell's tenure and replacing the coaches offices, weight rooms, locker rooms, and practice courts. The last addition was a terrible design and money poorly spent.
The new coaches offices will look over one large practice court with natural lighting and will be shared by both the men's and women's teams, as opposed to the two closet like practice courts that have no windows and are divided by the existing service tunnel. They are also renovating the interior with new seats, wrapping a new curtain wall around the concourse, and re cladding the exterior with metal panels should the budget hold up. Lastly, they are removing one of the seating sections to add a donors lounge that looks out over the court. The roof structure will remain in tact and the service tunnel is being reduced and relocated. Needless to say it will no longer be a venue for concerts and monster truck rallies.

I had been curious about this upgrade since one was done not too long ago with Purnell, but I think you cleared that up for me. Hopefully this one comes out great!

Smaller seating capacity to accommodate the anticipation of smaller crowds.

seems like I heard they were going to reduce the number of seat to make it more intimate and easier to sell out. Also they are going to rotate the court 45 degrees to make room for locker rooms at court level. I believe players have to use stairs to get to locker rooms from the court.
